Through years of scientific evidence, psychotherapy has been able to address many diagnoses of varying severity such as depression, anxiety or PTSD, among many others.

We work with several psychotherapy frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Systemic Therapy and Short-Term Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

The first step is to agree on the goals we want to achieve, and then we can start moving forward. Typically, we do brief treatments (through videocall) where we seek to build a space of trust for patients to feel heard, safe and validated through their process of change.
