As GLTTBQ+ allies we focus on validating and supporting our patients from a gender/sexual orientation affirming perspective. We seek to nurture and embrace diversity in human identity.

We approach diversity through personal history and context, re-visiting episodes of marginalization, rejection or potentially traumatic parental or social relationships and events. We believe the connection between mind and body to be the primary grounds for personal work on identity and expression.

Therapy usually shines a light on the fact that gender and sexual diversity are absolutely normal and not pathological. At Mind Body Collective we help individuals discover, validate and accept their own identities. We also support the adaptation process so that it is smoother and patients get to experience their diversity in a state of freedom and wellbeing, at the workplace, around family or in their social environments.
