Psychoterapy

Through years of scientific evidence, psychotherapy has been able to address many diagnoses of varying severity such as depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, among many others.
We work with different psychotherapeutic frameworks such as EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy and Brief Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
When starting a therapeutic process, we make an initial assessment to get to know the person, understand their problems and agree on the work objectives and treatment plan. Our priority is to build a relationship of trust where the person feels supported, listened to and validated in their process of change.
Thanks to our solid academic training and compliance with international standards, at Mind Body Collective we provide support and accompaniment so that people improve in the three most important areas for which they consult us, which are self-esteem, interpersonal
relationships and emotional regulation.
Additionally, we are a multi-cultural team, which allows us to provide assistance to individuals from diverse environments, ethnic identities and locations, in English and Spanish.
