“I empower individuals to understand and manage their transformative power through the practice of Mindfulness, to live a balanced and meaningful life.I am trained in the cognitive-behavioral model, specializing in Mindfulness and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). I am a certified Mindfulness instructor from the University of Oxford and hold a master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Interventions from the University of Bangor, UK.
Currently, I divide my time between training psychotherapists in Mindfulness-based psychotherapy and my private online practice, providing care to individuals worldwide. Professional training in high-quality institutions has reinforced my dedication to sharing the knowledge and experience of Mindfulness practice to promote well-being in individuals, including myself.

How will we work together?
I work faithfully based on the practice of Mindfulness. My approach is person-centered, meaning the individuality of each person is received and appreciated in its unique complexity. I will respond to your needs and value your autonomy and right to choose above all else.
I firmly believe that knowledge and understanding of ourselves and the world come from our lived experiences. For this reason, understanding your subjective experience will underpin our sessions. The ultimate goal is to harness the natural tendency of human beings toward transformation, growth, and the development of their potential to create a meaningful life.
MUTUAL AND EXPLORATORY
With each new person, I seek to build a non-judgmental relationship based on openness, allowing for mutual exploration of the content expressed by the client. This process aims at growth and transformation, resulting in a greater understanding of oneself, changes in behaviour, and new ways of facing difficult situations.
The quality of the therapeutic relationship is essential for effective outcomes. For this reason, it is important to work with the therapist who is right for you. During our initial consultation, we will consider our compatibility and whether we can work together effectively. If we discover that another therapist or approach might better meet your needs, I will make a recommendation that aligns with your needs.
